Abstract

The growth of transport logistics is not only one of the largest branches of the national economy of Russia, but also a strategic section of the manufacture and community infrastructure. The real progress of the transport system is a condition for the implementation of the financial growing of the Russian Federation. Therefore, the study of issues and problems of the progress of transport logistics at the federal and area heights is a topical issue aimed at the creation and effective functioning of a single transport space. The unique geographic location of Russia, namely the presence of a network of international transport links, makes it possible to use the potential opportunities for building transport corridors and reducing bottlenecks in the logistics component by states. The problem remains the improvement of the legal framework for the development of the conveyance scheme and the conveyance facilities marketplace, counting the formation of a controlling outline that controls the superiority of carriage services, safeguarding the enlistment preparation of conveyance administrations and the application of their carriage responsibilities, the growth of public-private business devices that safeguard a strong lawmaking delivery of civil rights, errands and dangers amid the national and the investor, as well as the meaning of importance parts for the request of these devices in carriage.
