Abstract

The transition of enterprises to a market economy led to changes in the management of material flows. At present, effective sales and procurement management, integrated with the marketing concept and quality management system, is the main factor affecting the competitiveness of an economic entity in the market, and occupies a dominant position in modern management. Here an important role is played by an integrated procurement and inventory management system, especially within the framework of industrial logistics of enterprises.The most relevant in modern conditions is the analysis of the existing logistics potential of enterprises and the development of new organizational forms of economic methods to manage this potential. In addition, close communication and coordination of the distribution and management of stocks at the micro and macro level is needed. The new program for the development of the country's logistics system should correlate with the conditions of the logistics activities of enterprises and organizations that play an important role in the development of the country's economy. Requirements for transport and warehousing, effective management of material flows in the sphere of production and circulation should be considered comprehensively in order to reduce the total costs at all stages of moving and storing material, technical and other types of resources.The article discusses the conceptual content of the mechanism of organizational and economic support of the logistics system and the phased implementation of recommendations for its creation. The directions and means of influence of the mechanism on the functioning of the harmonious development of the logistics system are proposed, and vectors for the development of the mechanism of organizational and economic support of the logistics system based on the use of program-targeted and structural-functional methods are defined.
