This article takes the higher education development model of Province A as the research object to conduct research. Based on the theoretical and documentary research, the current situation, problems and influencing factors of the higher education development model of A Province are analyzed and studied, and then the development model is analyzed according to the problems. Using the research method that combines history and logic, based on the theory of higher education development stages, analyze the evolution of higher education development models, and explain the characteristics of current higher education development models in different periods. According to the experiment, the attendance rate of college students throughout the semester reached 92%, with an average score of 88.65. It can be seen that the development of the Internet has become a driving force for the innovation and transformation of higher education models and provides a guarantee for higher education innovation.
