Abstract
In this paper, the working principle and method of using BTN7971 to drive DC motor are described, and the hardware and software design are given. Based on this, the motor driver chip BTN7971, is the Infineon Corporation production of a DC motor drive. It has a large current MOSFET-H bridge structure. Double channel output circuit can drive DC motor. Using PWM wave to control motor speed, the typical drive circuit can reach 70A.
