Abstract

Purpose: to substantiate theoretically and experimentally verify the effectiveness of the influence of acrobatic exercises on development of coordination abilities of middle school students. Material and methods. The study involved 60 students of 7th grade, 30 girls and 30 boys, from which was formed the control and experimental groups of 15 girls and 15 guys in each. Subjects aged 12-13 years. Research methods: analysis and generalization of literary sources, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. It is revealed that tumbling has an infinite Arsenal of exercises that can be used in the process of physical education of secondary school students. Among them, pair-group exercises. They are interesting to children and executed them with great desire and passion.. Conclusions. A significant addition to the state standard for schools of physical culture, are exercises pair-group acrobatics. They are in their structure and technique are optimal for the development of most coordination abilities. The use of tools pair-group acrobatics in middle school is an effective means of developing the ability to orientation in space, ability to static balance and sense of rhythm. It was experimentally proved.
