Abstract
In this paper, we studied the control process of a submersible electric motor when the electric centrifugal pump installation was brought to the operating mode. This topic is relevant because after underground repair, the conclusion to the operating mode has many features and difficulties. For example, salt deposits on pumping and electrical equipment, the high viscosity of killing fluids in the well, and other factors affect the reliability of the pump and its energy efficiency. Therefore, it is proposed to investigate this process deeper, to study the interaction of the processes of starting the electric motor and the operation of the electric centrifugal pump as a load. To do this, based on the classical differential equations in the Cauchy form, a dynamic mathematical model is built for starting a submersible electric motor when the electric centrifugal pump is put into operation. Factors such as the influence of the supply line (supply network, transformer, cable, submersible electric motor (SEM)) and the technological parameters of the well and the electric centrifugal pump (hydraulic network, fluid viscosity) were taken into account. Based on the dynamic model, we obtained graphs of transients of the angular velocity, input voltage, currents and torque at start-up versus time.
