As recognized by UNESCO (2005), is the process of responding to the different needs of learners by increasing their participation in education, culture and society, and by reducing discrimination within the education system. Inclusive education is defined by focusing on the concepts of disability and special education, within the framework that children with disabilities should participate in educational processes together with other children. Some views focusing on the concept of diversity in the context of students' individual characteristics and differences define inclusive education within the framework of an approach that can respond to the different needs of students (Westwood, 2013). Inclusiveness provides education for individuals with special needs, and ensures that all disadvantaged individuals coexist with their peers
