Abstract
Based on the investigation of the development status of cement slurry system at home and abroad, a new composite lightening material GJQ was selected from high-performance materials. Through systematic indoor experiments, the types and dosage of low-density cement slurry additives were screened and determined, and finally a low-density cement slurry system of 1.2-1.4g/cm3 was developed. The experimental research shows that the system can reduce the pressure of cement slurry columns, has a certain anti-leakage and plugging function, and effectively solves the problem of low return caused by cementing slurry leakage caused by formation bearing depression.
