Abstract

The chromatographic characteristics of the new biologically active quinazolinone derivative PMFI-195 were studied in solvent systems with various polarities and dielectric constants. The optimal thin-layer chromatography conditions were found and theoretically justified. The conditions for quantitative determination of PMFI-195 were selected using the computer program Video-Densitometer Sorbfil (Krasnodar). The proposed method allows the identification and quantitative determination of synthetic impurities under laboratory and industrial conditions and will be included in the corresponding regulation.
