Abstract
A rotary chopper of root crops is developed, which makes it possible to obtain a product that meets zootechnical requirements for feed, with minimal energy consumption as a result of reduced rotor speeds and optimal arrangement of knives on the drum. The calculation of the parameters of a rotary chopper and their influence on the performance of the device is presented. Keywords design, rotary chopper, calculation, performance
