Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the validity and reliability of the test items developed for classroom observation for faculty teaching undergraduate courses. The study utilized semantic validation, content validation and reliability testing to ensure relevance and clarity of the items. The respondents of the study were the program chairperson, school dean, university psychometrician, and Faculty Federation President. The finding of this research indicated that majority of the items developed for classroom observation were relevant and clear that will give justice and compensate the actual teaching-learning performance of the teachers.
