Abstract

Time-lapse imaging can capture critical information to predict embryo viability (Wong et al, Nature Biotech, 2010). However, the manual processing of abundant image data poses a huge hurdle for clinical translation. Here we developed and validated a state-of-the-art computer vision algorithm that can automatically measure cell division timings and generate real-time embryo viability predictions.
