Abstract

The article presents methods of perforating holes in sheet materials parts used in the aerospace industry. The relevance and necessity of using high-tech technologies in the aircraft parts manufacture is proved. The analysis of existing processing methods allows us to conclude that the mechanical method is the most promising processing type for perforating holes in experimental products of special machinery. The features of approximating holes on spherical surfaces are considered. A method of «holes projection to a sphere“ was developed and formalized, which allowed approximating holes when perforating to a spherical surface. The presented method allows you to obtain small-diameter holes on a large processing area in a short period of time, with minimal production costs for technological production preparation. The results of the work contribute to improving the manufacturability of new generation’s products technology, which is important for mechanical engineering.
