Abstract
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method and the quality control for the determination of Baicalin in compound decoction of Kargganyin.Methods HPLC was used with Hypersil BDSC1s (5 μ m,250 mm× 4.6 nn) and the methanol potassium dihydrogen phosphate as mobile phase in gradient mode.The UV detective wave length was at 274 nm.Results There was a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 8 ～ 40 μ g/ml in Baicalin in Kangganyin (r=0.9997,P ＜ 0.01).C,onclusions This method is simple,rapid and accurate.Compared to the previous method,this one can improve the testing standards,reducing the use of seized goods,the tradition medicine in the complex can effectively isolate the specific peak of Baicalin,and can be used as the quality control method for Kangganyin.
