Abstract

The conformation of a 21mer RNA hairpin, 5′-r(AGCCCGCCUAAUGAG-CGGGCU)-3, was determined by NMR spectroscopy and computer calculations. The ‘Uppsala NMR-window’ approach was used to overcome the problem of spectral overlap.
