Abstract

The article is devoted to the determination of static stresses in the design of the load-handling frame of a stationary hoist for loading bulk cargo into containers transported by railway platforms. Calculations have been carried out and digital models have been developed in software environments of applied simulation programs that will allow analyzing the efficiency of a stationary hoist. Mathematical modeling of static stresses in the design of the load-handling frame of the developed stationary hoist was performed when loading grain cargo into a container. The task of determining static stresses in the Mathcad software environment was set. Four test positions of the load-handling frame of a stationary hoist for loading bulk cargoes into containers transported by railway platforms are considered: І position – under loading; ІІ and ІІІ positions – when lowering the container; IV position – horizontal position of the container. The research was carried out within the framework of the implementation of the Republican grant No. AP14869550 SC MSHE RK. The values of maximum normal stresses in the design of the load-handling frame are obtained, which satisfy the strength condition
