Abstract
The use of social networks used in marketing is considered. The ways of marketing development in social networks are presented. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that commercial organizations are constantly looking for effective ways to interact with customers to increase their profits through meeting their needs. Promotion of products and services in social networks is one of the main ways to achieve this goal in modern conditions. The results of research in the field of preferences of Kazakhstanis in choosing social networks, the number of social network users among residents of Kazakhstan, the time spent in social networks by residents of Kazakhstan are presented. As a result of the study, specific steps are recommended for the work of marketing in social networks.
