Abstract
By indicatrix parameters’ of photoinduced light scattering (PLS) photovoltaic and diffusion fields in Lithium Niobate crystals of different composition are determined. It is shown that stoichiometric crystals grown from a melt of 58.6mol.% Li2O possess high photorefractive properties in comparison with crystals of congruent composition when using He–Ne laser with power of 60mW opening good opportunities for using them as materials for optoelectronics.
