Abstract
Objective To establish the HPLC method for oxymatrine analyses in Kangai injection. Method: Diamonsil C_(18)0 column (particle size 5 μm, 200 mm×.6 mm) was used as the stationary phase. The mobile phase was composed as A: (methanol) and B: (ammonium acetate buffer solution) (12.5 mmool/L, 30:. 70, V: V), the flow rate was 1.0 ml·in~(-1), The detection of oxymatrine was performed at wavelength of 210nm and normal temperature. Results Linear range of oxymatrine in the method were 3. 25-120 mg·L~(-1), correlation coefficient is 0.9999; respectively, the minimal concentration of detection of oxymatrine were 0.80 mg·L~(-1). Conclusions A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC)method for simultaneous determination of oxymatrine in Kangai decoction was established, the method could be used for the analyses of oxymatrine in Kangai injection. Key words: HPLC; Kangai injection; Oxymatrine
