Abstract
Despite efforts to control fungal contamination, some mycotoxins, including deoxynivalenol, zearalenone, aflatoxin, and ochratoxin, are ubiquitous in the rural China. The purpose of this study was to establish a simple method for noninstrumental detection of these residues by a multianalyte dot enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The multianalyte dot enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was simple, inexpensive, and fast and is expected to have broad applications in the food processing industry in rural China.
