Abstract

Chromatographic behavior of aromatic and aliphatic acids was studied using an ion-exclusive column. Conditions were determined, under which the separation of the acids by single-column ion-exclusion chromatography with UV-detection was the most selective and efficient. The method developed by us was employed for determining the content of carboxylic acids in wines.
