Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the Influence of Discipline and Workplace Spirituality on the success of the tasks of Indonesian Army Personnel in the U.N. peacekeeping mission in Lebanon, with motivation as an Intervening Variable. The respondents used are 136 members of the Indonesian Army in Lebanon taken using the Census sampling method. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 21. The results indicate that discipline and workplace spirituality positively and significantly influence work motivation and the success of the tasks of Indonesian Army Personnel, and work motivation positively and significantly influence the success of the duties of Indonesian Army Personnel. The results of the mediation effect test prove that work motivation can partially mediate the influence of discipline and workplace spirituality on the success in the tasks of Indonesian Army Personnel as members of the U.N. peacekeeping forces in Lebanon.
