Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of factors related to the Composite Stock Price Index. These factors include the exchange rate of the rupiah, world gold prices and world oil prices, which subsequently functioned as independent variables affecting the composite stock price index which functioned as a dependent variable. This research method uses the method of multiple linear regression (Ordinary Least Square) The results showed that the simultaneous exchange rate of the rupiah, world gold prices and world oil prices significantly affected the composite stock price index. The rupiah exchange rate and the world gold price partially have a significant and positive effect on the composite stock price index, world oil prices partially have a significant and negative effect on the composite stock price index .
