Abstract
he study aimed to the detection of estrogen & IL-17A levels in the serum of apparently healthy postmenopausal women. The study carried out on the 190 women, they were divided randomly to two groups: the first group included 90 postmenopausal women & the second group was included 100 premenopausal women. From each subject (5 ml) of venous blood were drawn in plain tube & centrifuged by centrifuge for 5 minutes at 3000 rpm.
