Abstract

The article reveals the principles, content and procedural characteristics of the program for advanced training of managerial personnel in the field of education in the context of updating educational standards, digital transformation of education, and other innovations. The author reveals the conditions and factors that are taken into account when creating such a program. The article shows how to include options for individual project-routes in the program, by developing which managers gain experience in making managerial decisions aimed at activating and scientific and methodological support of innovative processes in educational systems of different levels.
