Abstract
AbstractThrough the application of rough set theory to optimize the index system, a scientific and reasonable international channel construction value evaluation index system is established. Firstly, a complete initial evaluation index system of international channel construction value is established; Secondly, the basic data is obtained by issuing the questionnaire, and the genetic algorithm provided by Rosetta software is used to reduce the initial index system and eliminate redundant indexes; Finally, it is transformed into attribute index weight through normalization, so as to establish a more scientific and reasonable international channel construction value evaluation index system, which lays a foundation for analyzing and judging the value orientation of different countries on channel construction and formulating the international channel construction cooperation policy coordination mechanism.Keywords“One beltone road”International accessConstruction valueRough setGenetic algorithm
