Abstract

The article introduces the possibilities of online learning environment for keeping students` motivation and stimulation their active research work. Comparison of research work with art allowed to suggest main trends for activization students` creative potential in education process in university. Were established that online environment allows to collect diverse experiences and create conditions for the creative process. The structure of online course was created by the implement of the technology of MOOR (Massive Open Online Research). It included information (lectures, books, articles), resources for the interaction (forum, chat), collection of students works for exchanging of experience and collaborate work in research area. Special section includes advises for manage of self-learning process for activization of creative potential. The research approach based on collecting data from the field of students` research works such as articles, course works and master thesis. The qualitative analysis includes subject areas of topics, students` professional field and heir innovative developments. Design of the online environment based on the research approach allowed to offer each of the student individual subject area according to professional interests which had a positive impact on keeping students` attention, motivation to active learning and abilities to make creative decisions.
