Most of them are qualitative descriptions, lacking quantitative calculation, which is not conducive to application. This paper systematically summarizes and expounds on the migration and transformation of pollutants in the ocean. With the continuous development of industry, marine pollution is becoming more and more serious. It is urgent to control marine pollution. Therefore, it is urgent to study quantitative systems. This urgency shows the importance and purpose of this research. This paper aims to systematically summarize and expound on the migration and transformation mechanism of pollutants in the ocean and establish its own pollutant migration and transformation system, which can be used in actual cases and test the effectiveness of the system through case studies.
