Abstract
AbstractThe LPF is designed with defected ground structure (DGS) and broadened transmission line elements with very low impedance. A seven pole DGS‐LPF for GSM applications is found to gives deeper attenuation than provided by the previous published work. The length of DGS‐LPF is reduced to 41.5% compared with conventional LPF. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
