Abstract

To solve the problem of difficulty in dust removal from single-filter cartridge dust collector equipment in confined space, an orthogonal experimental design and numerical simulation methods were adopted to optimize the ash-cleaning device. The study found that the diameter of the cone base has a greater impact on the pulse cleaning performance of the dust collector than the angle of the cone, and the installation height L has the least impact. When the optimal parameters θ = 55°, D = 80 mm, L = 0 mm, compared with the traditional dust collector, the average dust concentration at the outlet of the equipment is reduced by 11.5%, the number of cleanings is reduced by 37.5%, and the pressure at the lower part of the filter cartridge is reduced. 34.7%, the upper part increased by about 53.9%. The problem of uneven cleaning of filter cartridges in confined spaces is solved, and equipment performance is improved.
