Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.The port enterprise financial Shared service center under the traditional design, has the characteristics of centralized management, but with the rapid improvement of the economic level, the service center cannot meet the diversified business model, so according to the hierarchical characteristics of the nested Logit model, the design of a new port enterprise financial Shared service center. This design USES elastic analysis method to obtain the working behavior characteristics of enterprise employees. Based on the nested Logit model, the multi-polarization comprehensive service model of financial Shared service center is designed. By changing the strategic positioning, the optimization design of the port enterprise financial Shared service center is realized. Experimental test results: taking 6 conditions in the four business modes as the test target, the financial center designed fails to meet only 3 test conditions, while the financial center designed by the traditional method fails to meet more than 50% of test conditions. It can be seen that the financial sharing service center designed this time meets the diversified development requirements of enterprises.
