Research on the Construction and Optimization of Enterprise Financial sharing Service Center under the Background of Da Zhi Yi Yun

Abstract

In the era of Da Zhi Yi Yun, financial shared service center, as a new financial management model, has become an inevitable trend of enterprise financial reform. Based on the analysis of the meaning and characteristics of financial shared service center, this paper studies the necessity and ideas of the construction of the enterprise financial shared service center under the background of Da Zhi Yi Yun, and finds out the problems existing in the application of the current financial shared service center. Finally, the optimization scheme is proposed to make the financial-shared service center better serve the enterprise and guide the improvement of financial management efficiency.
