Abstract

New energy vehicle is a combination of modern technology and traditional battery technology, it has a series of advantages such as energy saving and environmental protection, long service life. In the development process of new energy vehicles, how to collect and feedback the utilization rate of new energy vehicles is a big problem. This paper mainly studies the design of new energy vehicle operation monitoring system based on convolutional neural network. The main purpose of this paper is to collect and extract useful information during the driving process of new energy vehicles through the monitoring of the vehicle, so as to promote the development of new energy vehicles. This paper analyzes the application of loss function and IOU to the monitoring system of new energy vehicles through simulation experiments, and compares it with other methods to highlight the characteristics and role of convolutional neural network in the monitoring system. The experimental results in this paper show that the loss value ranges below 0.17 after hundreds of training sessions, and gradually decreases to the range of 0.01. The above results show that the application of convolutional neural network in the monitoring of new energy vehicles is feasible.
