Abstract

In this paper, a surface plasmon resonance sensor system was designed with low cost and high sensitivity, which consisted of micro-flow channel module, control circuit module and data-processing module. Purified water was used as the testing liquid in this system and its refractive index was obtained to be 1.3255, which was very close to the theoretical value of 1.33. The potential application of this kind of system was also proposed.
