Abstract

This paper comprehensively uses the knowledge of mechatronics, mechanical structure, etc. The grinding wheel and cradle frame of the rail grinding car is studied and designed. The grinding wheel is controlled by a pneumatic servo, and the cradle frame is controlled by a hydraulic system. According to the accuracy requirements of the rail grinding car, the pneumatic servo schematic diagram of the grinding wheel to achieve precise grinding, the schematic diagram of the hydraulic control system in which the cradle frame can turn accurately, the AMESim software working interface model is established, the actual working parameters of the system components are set. After the hydraulic profiling system is designed, simulation, test, and analysis are carried out.
