Abstract
In order to achieve high quality service, obtain customer trust and loyalty, establish and maintain a good relationship between enterprises and customers, power business hall imaging system using infrared detection technology, combined with efficient electricity business hall real-time status monitoring system to achieve accurate tracking of staff and supervision as well as real-time control of user-side conditions. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional video technology, the monitoring system of power business hall based on infrared imaging has good electromagnetic compatibility and electrical isolation performance, high reliability and no influence of light conditions in the practical application, and the accuracy exceeds 98%. Therefore, based on infrared imaging of electricity business hall monitoring system is suitable for business offices, stations and other crowded places to ensure that the monitoring within the highly efficient and accurate.
