Abstract

Today, food safety is very important to be applied in food industry. Agricultural sector is one of sector that requires the implementation food safety regulation. Fresh fruit and vegetable products can be tracked from upstream to downstream. Several countries in Europe have implemented traceability system on agricultural products. In Indonesia it is also set in the ministerial regulations and laws, but has not been fully effective. Finally this research will assess some of the regulation that regulate food safety in Indonesia and its relation to traceability system. Using 5W + 1H method performed an assessment of some of these regulations. At the end will make bussiness process on traceability fresh fruit and vegetable products.
