Abstract

In this study, the effects of a workplace violence (WPV) management educational program on nursing students' attitudes toward WPV management and confidence in coping with patient aggression were examined. A 2-group, pretest and posttest, quasi-experimental study was conducted with 65 undergraduate nursing students. The results indicated that the education program had a significant effect on nursing students' attitudes toward the workplace violence management and confidence in coping with patient aggression.
