Abstract

In this paper, Solidworks and Ansys were used to design and study an exhaust fan mould. Several construction parameters of the object under examination, such as pressure at end of packing, the temperature at end of packing, Bulk Temperature at End of Packing, Shear Stress at End of Packing, Shear Rate at End of Packing, Volumetric Shrinkage at End of Packing, Temperature at Post-Filling End, Freezing Time at Post-Filling End, Residual Stress at Post-Filling End, Frozen Area at Post-Filling End and mesh sizes, could be studied in this way. Photographs and tables were used to examine all of the major components of polymer simulation. As a result, errors could be easily recognized, and by selecting the best parameters for the product, these flaws could be eliminated before the product's practical implementation. This analysis is very useful in real-life cost reduction of mold manufacturing and product manufacturing for industries and customers.
