Abstract

The development of bearing units of increased wear resistance based on the optimization of the properties of the surface layers of parts is considered. Optimization is aimed at forming in them a favorable level of residual stresses, compression, increasing the heat conductivity and heat capacity of materials by accumulating heat due to periodic melting and solidification of fusible components, as well as improving damping properties to increase wear resistance and reduce the coefficient of friction. Keywords: friction unit, sliding bearings, wear resistance, heat conductivity, heat capacity, dissipation, stressed state, low-melting material. epamfilov@yandex.ru, vovakapustin1990@mail.ru, gal-pi2009@yandex.ru, elshev78@yandex.ru
