With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards, dairy products, as a high nutritional value food, are increasingly becoming an essential food in the daily life of consumers, and the demand for dairy products is increasing. However, in recent years, taking melamine incident and leather milk incident as examples, there have been many quality and safety accidents of dairy products, which lead to the lack of confidence of consumers in dairy products, and also exposed the lack of quality and safety supervision of domestic dairy products. In this regard, the state has repeatedly issued policies and regulations on the quality and safety of dairy products, increased the supervision on the quality and safety of dairy products, and proposed to establish and improve the quality and safety traceability system of dairy products, so as to solve the quality and safety problems of dairy products from the source. The quality and safety traceability system of dairy products is considered to be the key to solve the problem of quality and safety of dairy products. RFID is a new type of identification technology, which has the advantages of fast identification speed, large data capacity and easy reading. It is applied in many fields, such as access control system, restaurant punch in consumption, company employee attendance, student campus card, vehicle identification system, logistics tracking system, etc. In the whole dairy tracking system, the collection of dairy information is a key link, which can be effectively solved by the application of RFID technology. Therefore, a set of tracking system of dairy products based on RFID is designed, which is used to tag dairy products, and then in every link of dairy products processing and circulation, a reader is used to read and write dairy products information, so as to achieve the real-time update of every process of dairy products information, so as to achieve the purpose of querying and tracking dairy products safety.
