Abstract

This paper proposes an online and real-time automatic acquisition and processing system for high-precision electronic balances. The core components of the system consist of an ARM processor and a FPGA processor. The ARM processor directly reads the RAM area inside the FPGA for time data according to the signal. Data transmission between ARM and FPGA is very fast and convenient. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the time period, the phase shift of the clock pulse is performed by phase locked loop (PLL) inside the FPGA, and the time error is reduced to 1/N times, which greatly improves the measurement accuracy of the flow rate. The automatic system makes full use of the characteristics of fast computing speed and strong data processing capability of the lower machine, greatly improves the core performance index of the Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) pump – precision and accuracy of the flow rate. At the same time, the system is highly accurate and highly reliable, simultaneously, reduces the labor intensity of the testers and simplifies the testing process and improves working efficiency.
