Design and Implementation of Patent Data Automatic Acquisition System

Abstract

In the process of patent data analysis, a large amount of patent data is needed, and the use of the search function provided by Derwent Innovations Index (DII) to download patent data affects the efficiency of patent analysis. In this paper, To solve this problem, through the analysis of the data retrieval and data acquisition process of DII, the process of obtaining the patent data from the database was studied, and based on the overall structure design of the patent automatic data acquisition system, the key modules of the system were designed and programmed, finally the system test was carried out, the test results show that the system can realize the patent data automatic acquisition, under the premise of ensuring the quality of data collection, the efficiency of patent data acquisition is improved.
