Abstract
This paper describes the construction of the Sentosa Integrated Resort Development in Sinngapore which is one of the major developments to attract visitors all over the world. The first phrase of the Development is completed within 3 years through the use of precast concrete and steel construction. Moreover, heavy mega steel trusses are fabricated with Chinese steel materials, and the entire fabrication, transportation and erection process is found to be highly successful through implementation of quality assurance management systems.
