Abstract

Hydrological cableway is one of the main methods of flow measurement in China. The current hydrological cableway console has been basically electrified, but the degree of automation and local unmanned is low, and the flow measurement efficiency and safety are not good, either. In this paper, a solution of system that can remotely realize the automatic flow measurement of hydrological cableways is to design. This method is combined by remote measurement and control technology, embedded technology and applied electronic technology. In this paper, the software and hardware design of the local measurement and control system, the design of the remote automatic flow measurement and control platform and the automatic tracking of the lead fish are described. According to the intelligent detection of the floating object and the vessel, corresponding intelligent early warning and the automatic emergency treatment will be applied. At last, applying test results in Yunnan and Chongqing, it proves that this system is effective and provides reference for other same type of technical designs.
