Abstract

Abstract The principle of FDM is implied in the desktop 3D printing machine, falling under the Desktop class printers is created. The target of present development is to manufacture a less expensive and cost efficient work area 3D Printing machine with different inventive highlights. The X-Y component core is included in the machine, which grants and empowers uniform and synchronous movement of extruder nozzle in X and Y axes in parallel way. The timer, extruder temperature and axis positions are displayed in this machine in fact it is the first 3D printer to display all the three things. The regulating, controlling and optimizing the actions of the machine is performed by Arduino UNO board. The present machine is the one and only machine to print PLA plastic and ABS components. Extrusion nozzle, an extrusion head, which houses driving wheels and liquefiers are used in this 3D printing machine. Another creative component of the Machine is that fin fitted extrusion nozzle are used in order to increase the heat dissipation rate. The Machine involves and fuses the utilization of three unique design software in particular CURA, Pronterface and Solid works.
