Abstract

The axillar dissection is one of the pillars of the breast cancer treatment. Post-surgical axillary chylous fistula is a rare complication. As suggested in the literature the conservative treatment with pharmaco-dietary measures, reserving the surgical option as a second line.We present a case of a patient with right axillar chylous fistula with a correct clinical evolution with conservative management.
