Abstract

Breast hamartoma is a rare and benign tumor, made up of different breast tissues. It represents no more than 4.8% of breast tumors and it rarely reaches a significant size to be categorized as a Giant Hamartoma. We present a case of a 31-year-old woman, who presented an asymmetrical breast growth. At physical examination with left macromastia, tumor of 20 x 10 cm. Resection and reconstruction with Wise pattern is performed in the breast without complications. As far as we know, it is one of the largest reported cases in the literature.
