Abstract
The female of Lutzomyio scaffi (Diptera, Psychodidae) is described and an ilustrated key for the identification of the females of four species belonging to the Shannoni group and present in Colombia, is proposed. These species are: Lu. abonnenci, Lu. dendrophylo, Lu. scaffi and Lu. shonnoni.
