ADHD is a neurobiological disorder that affects attention, impulsivity and behavior. In the workplace, employees with ADHD can face difficulties related to focus, concentration, impulsivity, organization and interpersonal relationships. These challenges can affect employee performance and interaction. In this sense, it is essential that companies recognize and offer support to employees with ADHD, implementing policies and procedures that consider their specific needs. In addition, promoting a culture of inclusion and acceptance is key to making employees feel comfortable sharing their challenges.
